Warranty Information
101 TCTs warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: 101 TCT, Inc. warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option 101TCT will repair the product at no charge.
Damaged Products
101tct may also at your request fix items that are damaged by your own doing. For example, if you break your screen or drop your phone in water, we can fix the item for you as long as you pay for the parts.
